Onboarding
Every VERGE campaign starts with a kickoff week. It is short, structured, and it is the only thing standing between your signature and live clips in market.
- Day 1. Kickoff call with your campaign manager. 30 minutes. Brand audit, goals, platform mix.
- Day 2 to 3. You submit source footage, brand guidelines, blocklists, and disclosure language.
- Day 4. We ship three sample clips for calibration. You approve tone and creative direction.
- Day 5. Dashboard access provisioned. Clipper roster assigned. First posts scheduled.
Heads up. If your legal team requires a DPA, flag it on the kickoff call. We have a standard Data Processing Agreement ready to sign and it will not slow the launch.
Kickoff brief template
The brief is the single source of truth for the campaign. Everything we ship traces back to it. The template covers:
- Campaign name, window, and platforms (TikTok, Shorts, and Reels)
- North star metric and secondary KPIs
- Budget and pacing (front-loaded, even, or back-loaded)
- Source footage inventory with Drive or Frame.io links
- Blocklist (words, brands, claims, competitors)
- Required disclosures (#ad, FTC language, regional variants)
- Approver matrix (who signs off, SLA for turnaround)
Access setup
Your campaign manager will provision:
- A shared client dashboard for your campaign
- Read-only seats so anyone on your side can view results
- A dedicated Email channel for day-to-day comms
The Client Dashboard
The dashboard is where the campaign lives. Clips going out, views coming in, filterable by date.
Views & performance
Per-platform views, top clips, and a date-range filter for any window you want to look at: last 7 days, last month, campaign-to-date, or anything custom.
Pacing
Track view delivery against your campaign's view target. Your campaign manager flags any pacing concerns the same day.
Clip feed
Every clip we've shipped, indexed by campaign and platform. Click through to the live post on any clip.
Campaign Workflow
Briefs
Submit a new brief via your campaign manager. A brief kicks off when it lists a target platform mix, a source asset, and a KPI. Everything else is optional and we fill in defaults.
Revisions
Revision requests go through your campaign manager. Same-day turnaround target on revisions and re-cuts.
Approvals
By default, clips ship after our internal review against your campaign guidelines. If your brand or legal policy needs affirmative client sign-off before posting, we toggle on a pre-approval gate at kickoff.
Escalations
Anything urgent hits your campaign manager over Email. Same-day target on response.
Brand Safety
Review workflow
Every clip reviewed against your campaign guidelines before it goes live. Issues flagged async, fixes turned around same-day.
Disclosure
Paid placements carry the disclosure language required for your campaign and region. Locked at kickoff, applied to every clip.
Reporting
Weekly report
Written summary every week. Includes views by platform, top clips, output volume, and a short note from your campaign manager.
Monthly summary
A condensed executive version of the weekly, designed to forward directly to your CMO or board.
Integrations
Your campaign manager sends pacing updates, new clips live, and approval requests by email. Daily during launch sprints, weekly on retainers.
